Seeing Thomas in Miami

We took Benjamin, Jonathan, and Cameron to Miami to see Thomas the Tank Engine at the Day Out with Thomas event on March 8.




Cameron spent the night the night before so we could just wake up and go.


Keeping occupied by coloring Thomas pages on the four hour drive to Miami.


Jonathan slept, played and snacked for most of the trip.


Finally at the Gold Cost Railroad Museum.

Jonathan's favorite part of the train ride were the ribbons hanging from the luggage rack.

The museum we were at had other trains to check out. This one had a dinning car, kitchen car, and this is the hospital car that Cameron and Benjamin are trying out.

When Cousins Visit

Joe's cousin Danielle and her husband Frank and three kids, 4 1/2 yr Belle, 20mo twins Alex and Kaitlyn, were down for a week. We all had a great time hanging out and the kids had a blast playing together.

We went to Selby Gardens with Aunt Kate, Kelsea and Luke, Dani, Belle, Alex, and Kaitlyn.

Everyone got to visit Uncle Kenny at work and check out a firetruck. Most of the kids took turns sitting in the driver's seat. Uncle Kenny gave a tour of the truck. Benjamin and Belle wanted to see what was in every single compart and Uncle Kenny obliged.
